In Marcus Sakey's thriller, a couple of "good people" just happen to discover $400,000 in their house one day. It can give them anything they want—a much-longed for baby, freedom from credit card debt, even a mortgage-free existence. Of course, there's a catch, as they will soon find out. Temptation turns the lives of this ordinary couple upside down as they encounter a number of people who know they have that money and are determined that they hand it over. Joyce Bean and Dan John Miller make this predictable story moderately enjoyable with spirited readings that capture the characters and create some dramatic tension.
