Todd Haberkorn narrates a good thriller set amid one of the world's most heartbreaking wildlife poaching crises. Ex-military contractor John Knox must save his partner and friend, Grace Chu, from a dangerous situation involving elephant ivory poachers and corrupt officials in Kenya. The clock is ticking. Haberkorn has a strong voice and does a solid job with this dialogue-rich thriller. He sets a good pace and conveys Pearson's suspense without overacting. While his black Africans all sound similar, it's not difficult to differentiate them. Further, his white South African, English, and American voices are exceptionally well realized.
