LIVING THE DREAM

A dynamite performance by Saskia Maarleveld illuminates this coming- of-age chick lit about an odd, hilarious friendship that millennials will find relatable. Emma aspires to be a writer but is stuck in a mundane office job while dreaming of something better. Her friend, Clem, recently graduated from film school, has returned to London, where she lives with her mother and stepfather while working for peanuts as a hostess. The two friends support each other through hardships, awkward romances, and weird one-night stands. Expect a wide range of emotions from this performance.
