Bradley Smith serves as narrator of this dramatic full-cast performance. It's a story of war on the frontier steppes of the Ottoman Empire with a fantastical twist. Welshman Coel ap Math, portrayed with subtle inflections by Chris Genebach, and Norseman Snorri Yaroslav, performed by gravelly voiced Bradley Smith, travel across the frontier, protecting a sorcerer named Orsini and settling scores in lands populated by dwarves, elves, and hobgoblins. HEROES ROAD is full of bloodcurdling adventures, sword-clanging action, skilled longbow shooting, and a smidgen of romance. Good-hearted verbal jousting between Coel and Snorri over the comely Marta provides comic, flirty relief. Subtle music and dramatic sound effects add to the tension in this tale of battles against magical creatures, strong-armed heroes, magicians, and fighting hordes.
