At 28, Mina is not prepared for the breast cancer diagnosis that will change her life. In this full-cast theater production, listeners get a chance to experience a stage production for the ears. In her performance as Mina, Amy McFadden delivers humor, cynicism, and a touch of youthful anxiety as a woman experiencing chemo and surgery decisions. At times thoughtful, at other times racy, the play ensures that listeners are able to picture themselves alongside Mina as she questions what breasts really mean to a young woman and those who come into contact with them. McFadden is joined by the equally talented Tanya Eby, Kyle Los, Craig Powers, and Kate Rudd. This ensemble performance is laugh-out-loud funny, heartbreaking, and all- around enjoyable.
