A few days before her wedding, Antonia Harper discovers her fiancé has been cheating, and on the same day she's laid off from her job as a literary editor. Narrator Shari Peele jumps into her performance, complete with Antonia's Chicago accent. Antonia decides to take her honeymoon trip to Tully Cross in rural Ireland to finish her neglected novel. There she meets literature professor Aiden Byrnes. As the story switches from disappointment to romantic adventure, Peele struggles with her Irish accents. The romance is steamy, evolving into a relationship within the week. While selecting one accent would improve Peele's performance of Antonia's and Aiden's passionate romp through the Irish countryside, she leaves listeners hoping the couple's relationship will endure.
