His narration is a perfect match for its engrossing and timely plot. Senator Wendy Upton, a well-respected centrist, has been approached by both parties about joining their ticket as the candidate for vice president. Shortly after, she receives threats about secrets that will ruin her. Enter investigative fixers Peter Rena and Randy Brooks, who are hired to protect her career. Fast-paced, fascinating, and full of interesting characters well voiced by Colacci--the story is particularly relevant, given our current political climate and nasty campaign styles.
