Dual narrators, Andi Arndt and Tim Paige, deliver the story of two musicians falling in love. When shy college student Alessandra meets Fish, the bassist of a famous rock band, at a star-studded party, they are both surprised by their nearly instantaneous connection. Despite his career and the thousands of miles between them, the two 20-somethings are determined to make their relationship work. Arndt and Paige expertly perform the love story from the couples' points of view. Most notable about the audiobook is the use of music. Not only in the introduction and ending, but twice more the listener is treated to this additional element of performance.
