In this audiobook, a psychic is killed 20 years after her father was murdered. Though librarian Carrie Singleton is determined not to get involved in any more murders, people keep asking for her help. The ghost librarian, Evelyn, gives Carrie insight into the town's past. In her first-person narration, Mia Gaskin gives a strong performance, clearly demonstrating Carrie's conflict over whether to investigate or stay out it.
