THE GIRL AND THE WITCH'S GARDEN

Narrator Piper Goodeve establishes a youthful and passionate voice for 12-year-old Piper, who will do anything to save her father from cancer. As his illness worsens, Piper is sent to stay with her grandmother and estranged mother at Mallory Estate, where they foster three children. While there, she learns of her magical powers and a garden that holds an elixir that could save her father. The only problem is that the other children are also seeking the elixir. If successful, they will be granted a permanent home at the estate. Listeners will be intrigued by this magical world in which Piper must choose whether to attempt to save her father on her own or risk asking her new friends, and potential competitors, for help.
