ONE FOR THE ROAD

In this audiobook, Jill Curtis has driven to Roseville, Kentucky, to write a travel article about the bourbon tourism industry. Jill and her videographer have arranged to stay in the B&B owned by Jill's estranged distant cousin, who is married to Roger Clark, owner of Black Creek Distillery. On her second day in Roseville, Jill sneaks into Black Creek, only to discover the body of the owner, who has been murdered. As Jill insinuates herself into the investigation, narrator Amanda Ronconi takes listeners on a tour of Bourbon Country. Ronconi uses an impressive range of accents for the people from Kentucky, as well as those from Chicago, making listeners feel a part of the action.
