In "Coffin Liquor," a professor listens to an audiobook but hears something strange. In "Charity," a selfie stick donated to a charity shop does horrifying things to its user. The stories are more bizarre than frightening. With their silvery voices and laid-back pacing, the four narrators help elevate the scare factor. Richard Armitage and Emilia Fox, in particular, bring out the best in the stories they lend their voices to. Listeners who want to be mildly spooked will be hooked.
