While the oft-referenced scientific studies herein are not cited, this absence takes nothing away from the listening experience. Ono is youthful in affect and tone; he provides excellent phrasing, enunciation, and pace variability suiting each chapter's topic. Overall, he provides an excellent performance of what might be considered controversial philosophies and practices. He may even convince some listeners that humans can achieve the impossible.
