FIFTEEN COFFINS

Narrator Lyssa Browne brings an amateur detective to life as she narrates a twisted mystery involving a murder-for-hire plot, a school shooting, and wickedness at the core of a small town. When Sydney Merlot comes home to close down her late father’s detective agency, she is brought into the case of a boy accused of killing fellow students before being killed by the police. Browne makes the sometimes noir-esque dialogue seem plausible. With excellent pacing and a believable emotional range, Browne’s thoughtful performance keeps the listener hooked.
