Narrator Nicole Russo introduces 18-year-old Londoners Kate and Lydia Stone, who are strikingly attractive but have very different personalities despite being twins. Listeners share the family's shock when Kate, a model and risk-taker, vanishes after a night out at Haven, a fantasy and fetish nightclub. The Stones, particularly Lydia, work with the police, but the clues are few. Russo's diverse London accents add authenticity to the characters, with sweet-natured psychic Ida being the standout. Most fascinating is Lydia's visit to the club, where she meets Japanese performer Yukio--wonderfully portrayed-- who gives her insider information that reveals dark secrets.
