Paul Klein's calm, smooth tones lay out step-by-step procedures for enabling businesses to adhere to the ideals of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and for adopting the United Nations Social Development Goals (SDGs). His advice to the corporate world is reasonable and well founded, although the production sometimes lacks clarity. Klein, while unquestionably knowledgeable about this subject, has a tendency to swallow his words. But the real issue with this audiobook is that the material is better suited to print. It's a book for underlining and rereading segments of particular use, which is not easily done with audio.
