AGAIN AND AGAIN

Robert Fass narrates this intriguing novel about one man's journey through his many lives. Eugene Miles is an elderly curmudgeon living in a retirement community in California. He is befriended by a housekeeper named Angel, to whom he recounts the tales of his past incarnations as a street urchin in medieval Spain, an explorer with the Lewis and Clark expedition, and Oscar Wilde's cat, to name but a few. Fass captures each of Eugene's personas perfectly, including Angel's Latino accent, shifting smoothly among them so that the listener has no difficulty determining which Eugene is speaking.
