Spies Dora and Rex attend the engagement party of Prince Bertie and Elizabeth, only to find themselves embroiled in a murder. When it looks like their good friend is the only suspect, Dora and Rex set out to find the identity of the real killer. The investigation takes them to the top echelons of society. Hewitt's stylish narration is well matched to the story. Her characterization of Dora is spot-on; she highlights Dora's use of a French accent when she is undercover.
