IN GOD'S IMAGE Enduring Wisdom From the Old Testament

Psychoanalyst Naomi Rosenblatt presents interpretations of a number of characters and incidents from the Hebrew Bible. The title refers to the Scripture and the author's view of the limitless potential of humans that comes from their having been made in the image of God. This is not a "motivational" work; rather, the author's intent is to teach us that we can apply these stories to our own lives. Rosenblatt is enthusiastic about her material, speaks easily and is very articulate. Her Israeli accent is slight and adds a certain aura of exoticness to this work.
