BRENDAN BUCKLEY'S UNIVERSE AND EVERYTHING IN IT

Summer proves to be a time of discovery for 10-year-old Brendan Buckley. Spending time with his Grandma Gladys and friend Khalfani brings both surprises and a myriad of questions for Brendan's secret notebook. Reconciling his family's biracial history and his love of geology is no easy matter. Mirron Willis brings Brendan to life. He voices Brendan’s emotions with a childlike intonation. In contrast, his rich adult voices bring brusqueness to Gladys, mystery to Grandfather DeBose, and compassion to Brendan's dad.
