MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE

Fans of the movie SLIDING DOORS will love this fresh take on parallel lives and how one small decision can change a person's path forever. Narrator Julia Whelan brings passion to the two different lives of Hannah Martin, with the alternating storylines demarcated by thoughtful pauses. Her life's journey diverges on a night when leaving a club early provides the timing that causes her to get hit by a car. A number of aspects of each life are remarkably similar though; chief among them is Hannah's friendship with Gaby, her rock in each life, both of which are marked by difficult events. Whelan gives another spectacular performance that will have readers laughing, crying, and philosophizing about the "what if's" in life.
