THE BOURBON KINGS

Alexander Cendese's lush narration draws the listener into the sounds of the South. Cendese's smooth voice mirrors the fine, rich bourbon that is the business of the Bradford family. Tulane Bradford is drawn home to Kentucky at the time of the Derby, where he must face his love, Lizzie King, who works on his family estate, and the wife he left behind. Other complex family relationships loom as well. As the story is told from multiple points of view, Cendese moves seamlessly from character to character.
