HOW TO SURVIVE SUMMER CAMP

Wilson delivers an entertaining story reflecting kids growing up and interacting with parents and friends. Stella is sent to summer camp while Mum enjoys her honeymoon. Stella's greatest fear is swimming, and of course, she must learn to swim. Hunter gives the tale her all, representing the characters distinctively and believably. Fear and cruelty are portrayed in a manner that demonstrates both how different and similar we all are. A highpoint is Stella's talent as a storyteller, in which she includes her friends as characters. This, too, is strong in Hunter's presentation. S.G.B.
