Alexander Adams reads the body of this work with smooth excitement. When the characters speak (or growl or whatever), Adams comes into his own with precise vocal shadings, pacing, and pitch. Once a character appears, he or she is immediately recognizable later in the story--such is Adams's skill. He is helped along with the usual Star Wars special effects and, of course, the magnificent music by John Williams. The story involves the exploits of the Solo children, who flee tyranny and muck about in the affairs of a monarchy. Lots of action, of course. D.R.W.
