Beautiful and determined Lady Rylla Campbell disguises herself as a young man in order to find her brother, who has gone missing in Regency Edinburgh. When Lord Gregory Rose comes to her rescue and then sees through her disguise and vows to help her, laughter and love follow. Narrator Karlyn Stephen's Scottish accents sound appropriate and authentic. As she uses slight tonal changes to differentiate between the male and female characters who populate this story, Stephen delivers pleasant, rather than distinct or memorable, portrayals.
