The narration for this book is shared by Gore, Sterling K. Brown, Danny Burstein, Marin Ireland, and Shailene Woodley. They take turns recounting global stories and the science behind the changes in our water, food, and air. They present the information in digestible sound bites. While some of the narrators have varying degrees of success, either reading too quickly or muddling the words, Brown and Ireland stand out for their voices, pacing, diction, and emotional resonance.
