When the author's writing is dense with acronyms and decision matrixes, Malhotra's youthful voice and enthusiasm make it easier to stay focused and follow the author's reasoning. Prasad lays out five types of agility--analytic, operational, innovative, communicative, and visionary--and describes how we can develop and use these approaches when confronting various challenges in business or life. But even with the audiobook's colorful examples and the narrator's positive energy, Prasad's big-picture insights too often bog down when he tries to apply his overly analytic and prescriptive framework to various types of challenges.
