THE FAMILY TABOR

Narrator Jonathan Davies delivers a crisp and unobtrusive narration that lays bare the story of a wealthy, successful family on the brink of implosion. Individual chapters are devoted to each member of the Tabor family, and Davies's expressive voice transforms seamlessly into all: Patriarch Harry is voiced as expansive and confident, while daughter Phoebe--who has many secrets--is presented in a guarded and tentative voice. The Tabors are all fiercely loyal to the concept of "the family," but all must face the complications that arise when one member wanders off the path of ancestral expectation.
