THE REAL DEAL

Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber bring an abundance of chemistry, charm, and wit to their narration of Lauren Blakely's delightful romantic comedy. April needs a "plus-one" to bring to her family reunion and settles on boyfriend-for-hire Theo to be her buffer. A former con man, Theo is using his skills as a chameleon to pay off a large debt, but it isn't long before the lines between real and pretend start to blur for both characters. Mallon and Webber are terrifically appealing in their character portrayals; their authentic tones add much to both comedic and emotional scenes.
