Joe Arden's confident tone and Karen White's bold delivery complement each other in this contemporary romance. Knox Moretti is a handsome librarian who knows his romance novels--and what women want. Parker Elliot is VP of marketing for an organic grocery store and can't remember the last time she was satisfied in the bedroom. Arden portrays Knox as inviting and sensual with a flirtatious delivery that captures how he feels about Parker and the sparks that are flying between them. White presents Parker as engaging and complex with a variety of emotions that are sometimes timid and other times excitingly fearless.
