Narrators Jason T. Gaffney and Kevin Held's provide lively and funny vocal interpretations of this audio romance. The two narrators portray Malcolm and Henry, who secretly crush on each other. Mal is a hard-working editor given to speaking quickly with a slightly higher pitched voice than his BFF, Henry. Henry is a laid-back photographer, an absentminded kind of guy who is given a deeper throatier voice. The action really begins at Halloween when Mal loses his body and becomes a spirit. Both narrators go into overdrive with their dialogue-- frenzied and oh-so-hilarious in a slapstick kind of way. This audiobook is laugh-out-loud funny and sweetly romantic to the very end.
