Sadly, what is a powerful book in print loses its momentum as narrated by Susan Boyce, whose plodding pace does not match the vivid realities of the humanitarian crises fought personally by Gately. Listeners' hearts will break at hearing Gately's compelling accounts, which give voice to the voiceless, stories to the anonymous millions suffering under evil conditions.
