MOM JEANS AND OTHER MISTAKES

Nicole Lewis and Jessica Almasy give a rambunctious performance filled with feel-good moments. Childhood friends Jude and Lauren move in together after their lives veer off track. Lauren becomes a single mother after her fiancé leaves her, and Jude fakes a picture-perfect influencer lifestyle after blowing her money on a whirlwind business venture. Things become more hopeful when they create a lifestyle podcast for moms while trying to be the best role models for Lauren's bubbly daughter. Both narrators have hilarious deliveries. While each is dedicated to one character's perspective, their performances as the entire droll cast are endearing.
