But Hailey's brother, the handsome Rocky, follows them. Robins and Shedlock successfully use distinct tones and nuances to distinguish these characters. Robins's expressive voice reflects all of Phoebe's doubts and passion, while Shedlock's warm, soothing tone captures Rocky's dedication to Phoebe's happiness.
