Kate Handford and Hunter Johns narrate this opposite-attract contemporary romance. Ellie's life as a ghostwriter of celebrity cookbooks is currently just the way she wants it. She has no desire to take chances with romance after having become a widow three years earlier. Kieran, a chef and recent winner of a reality cooking competition, has been tasked with producing his debut cookbook and is paired with anxious, beautiful Ellie to create it. Hanford and Johns both establish clear narrative voices while performing the story. However, neither provides distinct nuances in their voice for the dialogue of secondary characters.
