HER KNIGHT AT THE MUSEUM

Brittany Pressley narrates a fun time-travel romance set in Chicago. Recently divorced museum conservator Emily Porter is startled to hear a voice in her head, and even more startled when a statue of Sir Griffin de Beauford comes to life. Pressley captures the humor inherent in the fish-out-of-water elements of Griffin's experiences as a knight from 1428 who has been transported almost 600 years into the future. Pressley also excels at delivering Emily's exasperation while trying to explain the 21st century to him. While Emily and Griffin have undeniable chemistry, Pressley deftly recounts the histories of emotional betrayals they both must overcome before they can attain their happily-ever-after.
