INTENT TO DESTROY Russia's Two-Hundred-Year Quest to Dominate Ukraine

The author, who is from Ukraine, is open about the fact that he's not presenting an unbiased history. Narrator Phillipe Bosher delivers Finkel's impassioned and erudite examination of the nation and its relations with Russia from the time of Kievan Rus' to the present day, including the present war. Bosher's intonation is perfect; his pronunciation is clear and quite deliberate. In the final chapter, Finkel asks, "Can Ukraine and Russia get along?" He goes into many possibilities; however, with the inauguration of President Trump, the situation has abruptly shifted.
