Two elements keep us from biting our nails off in suspense: the appearance of the handsome art-thief hero and the calm, reassuring voice of Erika Leigh. Leigh is a pleasure to listen to and does a commendable job creating unique characters. While some listeners might prefer a more dramatic rendition, Leigh's soothing performance works well for a novel that is as much love story as mystery.
