THE ART OF SIMPLICITY

Moore goes beyond the naive get-back-to-the-country brand of simplicity, suggesting that community--as well as technological, medical and economic progress--can play a vital role in leading a simple existence. His telling anecdotes and clear suggestions lead one to look for the spiritual in the commonplace and accept guidance from one’s intuition and imagination. Moore’s voice is comforting and compatible with his message. His pacing is relaxed. His humor is easy and, at times, self-deprecating.
