LAMBS OF GOD

In a monastery forgotten by time (and the Church) three nuns live a simple and quiet life, tending their sheep and following the seasons. When the secretary to the bishop arrives with an ambitious plan to turn the property into a spiritual resort for the rich and famous, his life and the lives of the nuns become entwined. Penelope Shelton's deep, expressive voice brings the eccentricities and personalities of the characters vividly to life. She carries the characters smoothly through the flashbacks relating to their earlier lives and the demons they each carry with them. Shelton makes it all sound plausible and real.
