LEADERSHIP BY THE BOOK

The authors use a long parable to show how the Bible can be applied to leadership in modern organizations. In the parable, a younger executive is guided by an enlightened management professor to incorporate Christian principles into his management style and his life. This storytelling technique will not be everyone's preference, and some of the terms that ring true for Christians will not be clear to listeners who are new to the Christian way of processing human experience.
