Karen White presents this investigative biography and history of the Civil Rights movement in Alabama in a steady, clear narration that borders on the monotonous. Eventually, the listener becomes swept up by the events unfolding in Montgomery surrounding the life of Rosa Parks, only to be distracted by sloppy pronunciation of polysyllabic words.
