THROUGH A DOG'S EYES

For those of us who truly believe that dogs are man’s best friends, Jennifer Arnold’s audiobook cannot be ignored. She narrates the book herself, and keeps the dog-loving listener glued to the earphones with her passion and great respect for canines. Arnold set up a dog charity that retrained unruly dogs and found homes for them—all while juggling the huge bills and debts of her operation, which time after time were settled by nick-of-time donations. Listeners may cry—I certainly did. Arnold’s deep love and dedication to dogs is woven throughout every chapter of this audiobook; the listener rides the highs of successes and the inevitable lows of occasional failures—all involving individual dogs the listener comes to know.
