SOLE SURVIVOR

When Rosie Trethewey inherits a "home" on Great Barrier Island, she learns the area is inhabited by two loners, Angus McLeod, a caustic Scot, retired policeman, and secret novelist; and Red O'Hara, a survivor of the Burma Railway. Aghast that their quiet island home has been invaded by a woman, Angus and Red attempt to discourage Rosie from settling there.
