IF I SHOULD DIE

In this third Lucy Kincaid mystery-romance, the winning combination of the lead character and narrator Ann Marie Lee continues. Kincaid, who is training for the FBI, and her bad-boy boyfriend, investigator Sean Rogan, find the very beautiful and very dead body of a woman in a mine shaft in the Adirondacks. When the body disappears, the duo must take on the nearby town's criminal element, the local cops, the FBI, and even the ATF while trying to solve the mystery and stay alive. Lee’s narrating skills are on full display. Enthusiastic and vocally versatile, she makes each character distinct and provides well-paced and enjoyable listening.
