Bleyer doesn't take himself or his narration too seriously-- which is good because his attitude adds to the laughs and goofiness of his audiobook. Bleyer sets out to rewrite the Constitution because he believes it needs fixing. Along the way, he discovers much about the document that the average person doesn't know. As author and narrator, Bleyer does his book justice with the right mixture of enthusiasm, emphasis, and self-mockery. His energetic projection keeps the material engaging even when he must go into some legal speak that might otherwise bore listeners. What is most clear and enjoyable about the production is that Bleyer sounds like he's having fun. L.E. 2013 Audies Finalist © AudioFile 2013, Portland, Maine [Published: APRIL 2013]
