Though not labeled as such, this is a program for psychotherapists who live in the minefield of painful and confusing emotions and for others who have issues with mood or boundary problems. For anyone interested in emotional growth, the advice is sound and easily comprehensible. The author's probing questions are especially effective (and listed in the 22-page guide), and this helps make this a useful program on staying balanced and keeping in touch with emotional signals in all their forms.
