EYES OF THE ALIEN

Jamie Glover smoothly reads this unusual children's science fiction work, which is similar to early efforts by Terry Pratchett--an offbeat story involving early teenagers in eerie situations. Here the two protagonists, boy and girl, react to an apparent UFO and alien sighting and then begin to suspect that one of them is actually an alien in disguise. Bits of social commentary come through too, with the teens living in a foster home and the boy's father being an ex-convict.
