His performance also communicates his cheery, optimistic personality, which helps hold together this diverse information. Who knew that macadamia nuts make dogs loopy, that food doesn't cause nightmares, and that poinsettias will only make you sick if you eat 500 of them? This is the type of book that could have sounded like an encyclopedia, but Jennings's lighthearted writing and speaking make it a fun way to spend five hours.
