FBI agent Tara Jacobs wants to infiltrate a sex slavery ring to rescue her friend and fellow agent. But when she begins training as a "sub," the "dom" assigned to her case turns out to be her high school boyfriend. Narrator Lexi Maynard's high, breathy voice doesn't fit with the plot of BDSM and violent crime. Indeed, her skills would be better suited to YA titles than this disturbing tale. She presents the graphic sexual scenes without apparent embarrassment, but they sound disturbing due to the childlike quality of her voice.
